Return Process

Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the provided return label.

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
